I can’t help directly - if you want to apply for the freebies you can
but they generally only allow one per address when they have samples.
I can suggest you ask at the local shops and supermarkets if they’d be
willing to donate items to you for distributing - some will especially
if you’re willing to appear in the paper for the publicity for them.
